Stacey
Stacey came to us with 10 years of previous management experience. She now helps keep us running smoothly by creating systems and procedures that enhance our patient’s experiences and simplify our lives. These systems and procedures provide you, the patient, with streamlined, efficient, up to date, and superior services. Please find her in the office or call her anytime with any questions or suggestions that you may have. She’s on board to make sure that we are always exceeding your expectations!

Norma
Norma is the friendly voice you hear on the other end of the line when you have appointment or surgical billing questions.  She entered her career in medicine as an occupational therapy aide and now works closely with Dr. Rudin. Norma understands the intricacies of the practice and insurance billing. She is always in the office or just a phone call away to gladly answer any billing questions that you may have. Our goal is to give you the best care possible in every way.

Rochelle
Attended Defense Language Institute and served as a Korean linguist for 4 years in the U.S. Army. She has 15 years of experience in the medical transcription field.  Rochelle wears many hats and recently served as office manager for one year. Rochelle is extremely loyal to the practice and will assist in any capacity necessary.  

Peter
If you hear from Peter it is probably because your insurance company is not cooperating with us! With degrees in fields as varied as computer science and culinary arts, insights learned from years of running his own businesses and a desire to make things work, Peter is a determined problem solver. (Peter brings this wide variety of business and life experience to the practice as well as his dashing figure and cutting wit.) He spends most of his time working with insurance companies ensuring proper claims processing, as well as other duties in the billing department.

Thanh
With over 9 years of experience in the Orthopedic field, Thanh holds a license as a radiology technician and helps the office with technical needs for our patients.  Thanh is the smiling face you see from the time you enter the exam room to the time you leave and we would be lost without him!

Nancy
With an extensive background in project management, proofreading, and copy editing, Nancy is responsible for preparing and ensuring the accuracy of the detailed information associated with the day-to-day operation of our busy medical office. All of our daily patient charts, the compilation of our patients’ previous and current medical conditions, exams, testing, and overall medical history, as well as our worker’s compensation support, are handled by Nancy’s efficient and attentive eye for detail. Her meticulous work ethic helps to ensure we deliver the highest degree of care and service to our patients.
